Client Consent Form (Covid 19 Screening Questions)
Please fill out Covid 19 screening questions form before your spa service. Only fill out the Covid 19 screening question if this not your first appointment.

Mandatory every client wear a mask.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands at the bathroom sink and we will also have hand disinfectant rub available to use.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Most Fridays and Saturdays are reserve for Wedding makeup and Spa parties.
We are closed on all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
Parking: Please park in the driveway but pick one side of the driveway to park, other clients can park in.
